After you place an order, processing takes 1 to 3 business days. The transit estimate of 8 to 16 business days starts when the order is dispatched, not when you pay. These are estimates. This policy does not guarantee a delivery date.
Checkout shows whether your address can be shipped and whether more than one parcel will be sent. If an order is split, each parcel can travel on its own schedule. Tracking is provided when the carrier supplies a tracking number.
Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may be collected by the destination country. Unless the checkout says those charges are included, they are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, to the extent the law of that country allows. A delay at customs is outside the transit estimate.
