Using the store
You may browse the store and place an order if you can enter a valid payment method and a shipping address that checkout accepts. Product pages describe the goods offered. If a description and the checkout disagree, the checkout total is the price you are asked to pay.
Orders
An order is accepted when the store sends an order confirmation. We may cancel an order that we cannot fulfill, that was placed with a payment that fails, or that we cannot ship to the address given. If we cancel before dispatch, the charge is refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping and refunds
Shipping is described in the shipping policy. Refunds are described in the return and refund policy. A refund request must be emailed within 90 days of the order date. Approved refunds do not require you to return the item.
Intellectual property
The store name BRAVEN, the product name Metabolay, the page text, and the images supplied for those brands are used by the seller. You may not copy the store design or product images for your own shop.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break the checkout, scrape the store in a way that degrades it, or use the site to send unlawful content.
Disclaimers
Wellness and personal-care goods are sold as described on their product pages. Those pages are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a promise of a medical result. Where a product page does not state a clinical study, none is claimed here.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law of your place of residence does not allow a seller to exclude. That includes non-waivable consumer rights in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Subject to those rights, the seller is not liable for indirect loss that the law allows a contract to leave out.
Disputes
Write to support@metabolay.store first and include the order number. These terms do not choose a court and do not choose a governing-law clause, because none was designated for publication. Mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live still apply where they cannot be waived.
