A routine is useful when it is small enough to repeat. Pick one moment you already have, such as the first drink of the morning or the last few minutes before bed, and attach one action to it.

Write down what the action is in plain words: fill a glass, open a window, set out tomorrow's clothes, or take the item the product page tells you to use. Stop there. Adding a second step before the first one is steady is how routines get abandoned.

Judge the routine by whether you remember it, not by a change in a lab number. If a product page does not cite a study, this note does not add one.

If the product is a supplement or a personal-care item, follow the use written on that product page and on the label. This article is not a dose and not medical advice.
