If the refund is approved, you do not have to ship the item back. You may keep the item or discard it. This policy does not require original packaging, a return label, a return address, or a restocking fee.
An approved refund is sent to the original payment method. The name shown on the card statement for these charges is Metabolay. The time the credit appears depends on the payment provider. This policy does not promise a shorter bank posting time than the provider uses.
This policy does not remove consumer rights that the law of your place of residence does not allow a seller to remove, including rights that may apply in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or Australia.
